Insight alone does not create change.

Most people who find their way here have already invested seriously in their own development. Therapy, coaching, meditation. They understand their patterns and are still repeating them. That is because stress, anxiety and emotional stuckness are not stored in the thinking mind. They live in the body, in the nervous system, as unprocessed emotional energy that insight alone cannot reach.

After more than 20 years working across many different modalities, breathwork is the only approach I found that creates deep, lasting change.

The breath accesses what the mind cannot reach.

Conscious connected breathwork uses a specific breathing rhythm to shift your state and make the subconscious directly accessible. Stored emotional energy surfaces and, when met with presence rather than resistance, processes and releases. Most people arrive expecting something meditative. What they experience is considerably more direct than that.

Change does not come from controlling your experience.

Each session is 90 minutes and combines conscious coaching with breathwork. We begin with a focused coaching conversation that identifies what is present and creates the opening for the deeper work. The breathwork portion follows, a continuous connected breathing practice that works directly with the nervous system and subconscious. The session closes with integration, where we discuss what came up and how it connects to your life.

No prior experience is needed. The process is guided throughout and does not require any specific background or preparation. Most people who work with me have never done breathwork before.

One session can be genuinely powerful, but lasting change typically requires consistent work over time. The Foundation package of 5 sessions is enough to create a meaningful shift. The Transformation package of 10 sessions is where most clients experience the deeper, more lasting change they are looking for.

Sessions are conducted online via video call. In-person sessions are available by arrangement.

Conscious connected breathwork is a specific practice that is different from most of what circulates online. It is not a quick stress-relief tool or a performance hack. It is a deep process that works with the subconscious and nervous system to create genuine emotional release and lasting change.

No. This is not therapy and should not be treated as a replacement for clinical mental health support. It is a coaching and breathwork practice that works at a somatic and subconscious level. Many clients work with me alongside therapy and find the two approaches complement each other well.
